development framework
The Development Framework – a required submission to the council prior to applying for planning permission – was delivered in mid-March 2010. It was a team effort between ourselves, our designers Atkins and our Planning Consultants GVA Grimley.
The development framework sets out the vision for the new campus and the key development parameters we’ll be working within.
