Project Drivers
The rationale for investment in new accommodation and facilities is underpinned by solid educational and cost drivers. Current buildings and learning environments are:
- Out-dated and below the standards expected by business and industry
- Constraining the College’s ability to meet the demands of future learning and teaching styles
- Generally in poor condition and expensive to operate and maintain
- Inflexible and costly to reconfigure or refurbish
- Not accessible by or integrated with their local communities.
