The project is founded on solid business drivers and educational benefits. The current estate is unfit for purpose. Dispersed, inflexible, and costly to maintain it doesn’t provide the learning environment essential to achieve the College’s vision. A new shared campus means better value for public money. We will replace inefficient accommodation with inspirational learning environments to meet the current and future needs of learners.
